Funding solutions for every stage of your business
From everyday business funding to growth, acquisitions and restructuring. Select a service to see what it's used for, typical deal size and what lenders look for.
Business Loans & Unsecured Finance
Lump-sum funding for a defined purpose, based on your trading record rather than a charge over assets.
Secured Business Finance
Borrowing backed by a charge over business or personal assets, for larger amounts and longer terms.
Growth Guarantee Scheme
Government-backed loans of up to £2m for established UK businesses, with the British Business Bank guaranteeing part of the loan so more businesses get a yes.
Asset Finance
Spread the cost of equipment, vehicles and machinery over a fixed term, secured against the asset itself.
Invoice Finance
Release cash tied up in unpaid customer invoices instead of waiting out 30, 60 or 90-day payment terms.
Working Capital, Trade & Supply Chain Finance
Cash flow loans, trade loans and supply chain finance to bridge the gap between money going out and money coming in.
Growth & Expansion Finance
Funding for the next stage of the business: new sites, new markets, new people or new capacity.
Acquisition Finance
Funding to buy another business, or to fund a buy-and-build strategy, structured around combined cash flow.
Management Buyouts & Buy-ins
Funding for a management team to buy the business it runs, or for an external team to buy in.
Refinancing, Restructuring & Capital Raise
Replace or reorganise existing borrowing, or raise capital against the business, to improve cash flow and create headroom for what's next.
Bespoke & Larger Corporate Finance
For requirements that don't fit a standard product: group structures, layered facilities and larger multi-lender transactions.

Corporate Finance FAQs
Corporate finance covers the full range of funding a business might need, from a straightforward loan through to acquisitions, buyouts and larger, structured transactions. A business loan is one tool within that; corporate finance is the broader advice and lender-access service that sits around it.
We arrange funding from £25k to £25m+ to support your business growth. The amount and structure depend on your business, its cash flow and the security available, so get in touch even if you are not sure where your requirement sits and we will tell you honestly whether it is the right fit.
It depends on the product. Asset and invoice finance facilities can complete in days; unsecured loans typically take one to two weeks; secured, acquisition and MBO funding usually runs from four to twelve weeks depending on valuations, due diligence and legal work. We will give you a realistic timeline on the discovery call.
Usually recent accounts, management information and, for larger or transactional funding, forecasts. These help us build a lender-ready proposal. We will tell you exactly what is needed once we understand your requirement.
We work with an extensive lender panel spanning high street and clearing banks, specialist and challenger lenders, asset and invoice finance providers, and private and alternative funders. We match the lender to your requirement, not the other way round.
