The property, situated on a key arterial route close to Derby city centre, is being purchased with full planning permission in place. The scheme will deliver:

With £550,000 in planned build and conversion costs, Ramsay & White structured funding not only towards the purchase but also to cover 100% of the development works, ensuring minimal capital input at the outset.
